Viewing your order status


Check whether payment verification for your order has been approved, declined, or pending.

Finding your tracking code

We will email your delivery tracking code within 2-5 business days after your order has been paid and dispatched from our warehouse.

You can also locate your tracking code by going to My Account on our website, and then following the link to the Order History page to find your tracking code.

Tracking your order online

Track your package during any stage of the delivery while it is being imported into the US, or whether you are getting it delivered internationally.

Track your order if you’re getting it delivered within the US, or if it is being imported, track your order when the parcel has already landed at customs.
